  4. There wasn’t a set of jump squats in the second round! Just FYI if any of
    yall wanted to tack it on at the end or something!

  5. I kept yelling “oh shit” and “fuck my life” the whole time, but this
    workout got me covered in sweat. I also drink green tea, which i’ve heard
    that can help you loose weight. Thank you fitnessblender! :)
