  1. Oh my gosh I’ve only been doing the beginner’s calendar for 2 weeks (with
NO prior core strength lol) and I was finally able to do this whole thing
(the first day I could barely do it partially!). So. Excited.

  2. Starting the beginner’s calendar (March1) and the thigh slimming challenge.
    Good luck everyone.

  3. Anyone feel hurt on the calf when do the circle leg thing? Can it go away
once you get used to it or is there something wrong with my calves? And I
don’t even feel the butt and hips contract at all because my calves were
hurting and unable to do proper way to do the leg exercise!

  4. On the tiny leg circles, I am having major pain. I feel stabbing pains in
my ankle and in my shins but mostly my ankle. I get really frustrated
because I can’t do two in a row without wanting to cry. Am I out of shape
or is something wrong? I hurts really bad and I am discouraged. PLEASE
    HELP!!

  5. When I was doing the workout and I got to the triangle for my other leg, my
leg just gave out on me XD I tried lifting it but man was my butt muscles
    burning from those cirlcles!

  6. I think I’m on dayyyyy 10 (???) of this and though I can do the exercises
all the way, one thing stops me- my back. I feel my abs, but my back
overpowers it. Is this normal? It’s not my tailbone but my mid-back area. I
wish I could do all of these but my back KILLLLLSS! Any suggestions?

  7. I am a complete beginner at any working out and I’m at a loss right now.
from the explanation of the breathing techniques at the beginning of the
video (far too quick for me. I have no idea how to mimic those breathing
techniques!) to the idea that there isn’t supposed to be an arch in my back
when I lay flat… no matter how I re-adjusted, there was a small arch in
my back. Four minutes into the video my neck is killing me. I’m definitely
not doing this right? You can call me stupid but I am an utter beginner and
this video is not suitable for beginners. 🙁 Very frustrating. Can anyone
    help?

  8. My butt muscles were seriously trembling during those leg work out! Super
proud I stuck through the whole video!

  9. i just did the worst thing ever! i stopped and went downstairs for a break
and ended up eating a piece of pizza but im going to make my self do it
    twice! D:

  10. I’m a busy mom who’s also studying so I have very little time for myself.
The thing is Cassie said a person should workout at least 50min to 1hr per
day. That’s impossible for me. I wish her workout was for every woman’s
schedule, 30 min would’ve been good enough. If I have to do her workouts I
wouldn’t feel confident doing it for less time that she recommended.

  11. I’m so disappointed with myself because i haven’t even got to the third day
and its like the fifth time y start this workout, but i feel so motivated
right now, so i hope now i can make it, wish me luck and if someone is
starting on today less keep on track!:)
