  1. No matter how close I bend my knees to my butt while lying down, I still
cannot lift my leg straight! I also have problem when I need to touch my
toes while sitting down, and when I need to get my arms reach out in front
of me… Am I really that stiff? How do I get flexible? What is the good
stretch for someone EXTREMELY stiff like me? Because I really want to at
    least touch my toes :(

  2. I could not do the bridge at my first try (during the 1st week of the
Beginner’s Calendar). But now, during my 3rd week… I CAN DO THE BRIDGE!
And it feels awesome to see the progress. If you are doing the Beginner’s
Calendar keep working even if you don’t see results yet. They will come! ^^

  3. I’m actual quite flexible already, and i find it easier with my right leg,
and i’m trying to work on my left leg. About a few months ago i got into a
bad accident and lost allot of feeling in my left leg, i was told i
wouldn’t be able to dance anymore (I do competitive dance). But really
trying to get to where i can, and i really like this one!

  4. I’m 12 and I want to start the Beginner’s Calendar 2.0 to improve my
flexibility for gymnastics and doing a split, but my mom says these
exercises are meant for adults, and their bodies are built differently than
kids. Do you think I should still do the calendar? I would really like to.

  5. Hey Cassey! I LOVE this video! Could you do an update soon? A “stretching
    for flexibility #2 “? :)

  6. Not sure if I commented on this already, but this video REALLY helped me
out. I have really bad back pain from bad posture and doing this once a day
every morning made the pain completely go away. Every time I stop for a
while, the pain comes back, so I’m sticking with this routine for sure. It
also made cramps go away completely during female problem times, lol. I
recommend this to my friends all the time. Great video. :)

  7. That was the best stretch I’ve done in a long time. That felt great! Thank
you so much! It brings back memories of dance class.

  8. …. wait wait wait. When we had to stretch both legs out and sort of fold
forward?? I could even sit up straight. Like, I couldn’t get myself to bend
forward at ALL. And I couldn’t get my legs to stretch that far apart
either. Less than 90 degrees. Is that really bad?? Will it get better over
    time?

  9. I’m a guy and getting into muay thai kickboxing, but my body is so stiff
(especially my legs and back. This is really helping me relax and
strengthen my muscles after my workouts

  10. Thank you!!! Im a noob to all this and just started dancing , this video
really helped me to start my day right and go to the studio! thanks you are
    soo good”!!!!

  11. Been doing these stretches after my first week of beginners workouts and I
can now get my head on my knee in the side stretch! There was no way that
was gonna happen six days ago! Still can’t get my head off the mat in the
bridge but it will happen :D

  12. every stretch felt so refreshing to my muscles except the bridges… I
could only get my body off the floor if I kept my head down, but that hurt
pretty bad. I was afraid to lift my head off the ground because I was
afraid I would fall on it and break my neck or sprain it. I think it would
feel really good so I wish I could do it

  13. this made me realise how much flexibility i have lost since i was a kid. i
used to be able to go all the way down when in straddle. I’m doing the
beginners calendar, hopefully there will be improvement by the next time
    this comes up.

  14. My wrists are about as flexible as a piece of wood, ok not really, but my
wrists are not very flexible at all so doing the bridge hurts quite a bit.
I wish there was a wrist stretch before it…
