  3. Oh Kelly!! Why can’t I have a body like yours? You look fab!!! Been
following this channel for about 2 months but still have all that unwanted
fat 🙁 but seriously girl, I would die to have a body like yours!!!!!!!!!

  4. I miss the white background (glad to hear it’s coming back), but I think
this light and airy room would be great for your yoga and stretching
    videos!

  5. Kelly is looking amazing; the background makes that fact stand out even
    more.
I had a knee injury recently but I’m hoping to get back into my regular
fitness routine with Fitness Blender once it’s healed. Always glad to see
    more videos from you guys.
I like the background a lot, but I’m okay with the usual white screen as
    well.

  6. I really like your body for a woman. It’s not too muscular but it’s obvious
your fit. (This is my preference, I would like to look like this)

  7. Just to let viewers know (whoever actually cares enough to read it lol) I’d
like to share and say I’ve been doing this exact workout for at least three
days out of the week for two months or more now and then after before the
cool down I go to a butt or ab quick 10 minute video of my choosing then
after I finish off with a cool down and I have seen a crazy outcome my body
is looking so nice and without a gym! I eat kind of whatever I want though
but I’m sure with a better meal plan it would be better.

  8. When I do squats, I only feel it in my thighs. Ive looked up how to do a
proper squat, and I get mixed information on that. Is it okay that im not
    feeling it in my butt?

  9. Hello guys! I have a question. I always do Kelli’s videos since I am a
woman. Could I do Daniel’s videos as well? Myinitial tought is that they
may be to difficult for me.

  10. has anyone gotten good results from this? today is my first day so just
wondering if i should stick with it. and also, will i lose fat with this?
my goal is to drop pound not gain muscle

  11. Soo I was by no means prepared for that but I survived. I pooped out three
times but kept going. I will be trying this again until I can get all the
way through without stopping. You’re a beast but a pretty one & gentle one
ma’am! Thanks so much for y’all’s workouts!! They always deceive me like
they’ll be easy but I appreciate it :)

  12. i think this will really help me with exercising more often… i will start
using this more often now. i am really glad i found new techniques for
    exercising.

  13. Oh, man. I went into workout with every muscle group sore after several
days of brutal HIIT+cardio routines. I thought this could almost be a
lower-impact recovery round, but boy was I wrong. I’m sweating like crazy
and had a pretty tough time with the jump squats at the end. This IS a good
one, but make sure you’re recovered.

  14. I found this surprisingly easy, even with the more difficult
modifications.. Loved the workout tho! Are there any videos FitnessBlender
there are more challenging? 🙂 thanks!

  15. The lunges are the hardest for me. I can do the first 30 seconds but after
the next three is damn hard. I feel like I might break something…hurts so
    much

  16. i did the 37min cardio workout this morning. then i ate lots of chocolate
in the afternoon, so i had to do this one in the evening.

  17. *gets bored of routine I’ve been doing and wants to try another*
    *watches new routine*
    *…goes back to normal routine*

  18. “We’re not coming up through this whole 30 second interval, we’re staying
    right here.”
    Me: Your kidding

  19. awesome workout! bit too much for starters though… i held for only a
little bit more then 6 min :p

  20. I finished it.. Thank god. I’m sweating like a pig. Hope I stick to this, I
really want to lose a few pounds and I feel like this will definitely work
    :-).

  21. I love this channel so much! Thank you so much for putting up fun,
difficult, calorie burning work outs! It’s so hard to stay in shape during
the winter, and these videos allow to stay in shape at home! Thank you
much! Could you put up more intense cardio workouts, the ones that make you
    heart race.

  22. Thanks for not using music! I loved that I could put my own music on and
not have to mute your video!

  23. THIS WORKOUT IS NOT FOR THE WEAK AT HEART GODDAMN EVERYTHING BURNS BUT IT
FEELS HELLA GOOD AND I ALWAYS COME BACK TO IT ;)

  24. This is a great workout and 20min are just perfect on a daily basis. You
can do it easily anywhere, specially if you are traveling. Thank you :)

  25. Love this especially when I’m traveling and don’t want to go to the workout
    room at hotel. Thanks!

  26. Love your videos! I know there are usually several people trying to find
out an average calorie burn for each workout, and your estimates are right
on target for me. I’m a 36 year old female, 5’8″, weigh 150 lbs and I
burned 208 calories during this workout according to my Polar heart
monitor. On a fitness level of 1 to 10 (10 being best) I am probably about
    a 5. Hopefully. Ha!

  27. I may or may not have thrown up in my mouth during this workout. That was a
    first. Ugh.. great workout! lol
